Though I thought my room was hosting a lumberjack convention—the bed creaked like a tree falling! Plus, the decor screamed ‘I’m charmingly outdated’.

The room was pretty comfy, especially the second one that we stayed in—it was well presented and cozy. First room was just okay. I really loved the quirky decor though. it was clean and peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep. The only downside was the maintenance. some things could use a bit of fixing up. a nice spot to crash after exploring Chester.

We loved exploring the beautiful city of Chester with our kids, and the hotel was perfectly located for it. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large family, and our kids enjoyed the extra treats left in our room. We felt truly welcomed!
In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant could be better organized for families. A dedicated family area would make dining out much easier.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location!
We had a fab stay! The decor's so charming, and the staff were super nice, helping us with everything. Breakfast was delish, especially the fresh pastries. Only thing was our executive room was a bit smaller than expected and the carpet could use an upgrade. a lovely experience that we really enjoyed!
